Kamut Muffins

This recipe was not tested in the Bob's Red Mill kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others.


Mix dry ingredients, then add liquid and mix until combined. Pour into lined or greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for 15-20 or 12-15 minutes for mini-muffins.  Makes 9 Muffins.

Variations: Use this muffin recipe as a base. Add cinnamon and other spices and/or fresh berries for a breakfast muffins. For a savory muffin, add garlic and dried herbs.
