Frosting
DirectionsStep 1Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the softened butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish and place dish in preheating oven. Remove dish and move dish around so butter coats the inside and sides of the pan. Pour the excess butter into a large mixing bowl. Set dish aside to cool.Step 2In the large mixing bowl containing the excess butter add the cake mix, yogurt, orange juice and eggs. Hand mix until all the ingredients are combined. Add the hot water and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add strawberries, gently mixing in and then pour mixture in the baking dish.Step 3Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 15 minutes.Frosting
For the frosting, put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Keep at room temperature while the cake cools. Smooth the frosting onto the cake. Loosen edges of the cake with a knife. Cut and serve warm.
