Directions
Heat butter or oil in large saucepan. Add squash chunks and sauté on high until they begin to brown. Add onion; continue to sauté until squash is nearly done. Add garlic and optional turkey or chicken, sauté until heated through. Mix in Kamut and then add salt to taste. Enjoy! Makes 6 servings.
