Kamut and Winter Squash

Kamut and Winter Squash

  • 2 cups Organic Kamut Berries cooked
  • 6 cups Winter Squash chopped
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil (or Clarified Butter)
  • 2 cups Chicken cooked or Turkey (optional)
  • 1 Kosher Salt to taste


Heat butter or oil in large saucepan. Add squash chunks and sauté on high until they begin to brown. Add onion; continue to sauté until squash is nearly done. Add garlic and optional turkey or chicken, sauté until heated through. Mix in Kamut and then add salt to taste. Enjoy!  Makes 6 servings.
