DirectionsStep 1Soak the cereal and sunflower seeds in the milk for 15 minutes and set aside. Cream together the butter, vanilla, eggs and sugar and then add to the cereal mixture when it is done soaking.Step 2Combine the flour, dates, baking powder and baking soda in a small bowl. Add this to the cereal mixture and mix until just combined. Divide the batter between 24 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with more sugar on top. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.Makes 2 dozen muffins. |
