Oat and Cornmeal WafflesContributed by: customer Barbara McCarthyThis recipe was not tested in the Bob's Red Mill kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others.
Directions
Combine the egg, buttermilk and oil in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, quick oats, baking soda, salt and sugar. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and whisk until just combined.
Pour batter into an oiled and ready waffle iron. Bake as directed by the waffle iron. Makes about 8 4x4-inch waffles. |
