Banana Smoothie

Gluten Free*, High Fiber, Soy Free.

  • 3 Bananas medium-sized
  • 1-1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (optional)*
  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

Step 1

Combine chia seeds with water and soak until a thick gel forms, about 10 minutes. 

Step 2

Blend together chia seed gel and remaining ingredients and serve immediately.

Makes 3 servings.

Notes

*This recipe is wheat free but may contain traces of gluten.
