This same recipe on the Chia Seed package says to place all but 1 cup of the seed mixture into the flour mixture so all the seeds fell off as it baked. The recipe here states 2 Tbsp, which makes much more sense!

I was wondering how you were supposed to put 1 cup of seeds on top of this bread!!! Figured it must have been a typo, but I did my best & piled about 1/2 cup on top, lol. Its still delicious.

We thought this sounded strange, too! After testing, we changed the recipe to incorporate all the seeds into the bread but 2 Tbsp, which are sprinkled on top.

This has a texture much like a buttermilk biscuit. My bread turned out well, but do note that it is plain tasting so you will need butter and jam to go with it. All in all a very nice breakfast bread.
