Cinnamon-Raisin Oats

This morning delight can be eaten hot or cold.

Directions

Cook the steel cut oats according to package instructions.  When cool, add yogurt, applesauce, flax, cinnamon and raisins.  Mix well until blended.  Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy cold or warmed up.   Makes 4 servings.

I've eaten this twice and a third batch is cooling now. I've used non-dairy yogurt each time (soy first two times and coconut this time) and it turns out great. I usually eat it cold but sometimes bake one serving in a small dish with more fruit added.
