Directions
Prepare the cookies in 2-inch shapes as directed, and cool to room temperature.
In a 1-quart heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from the heat. Dip cookie halfway into the chocolate mixture and lay on a sheet of waxed paper to cool. For thicker chocolate coating, dip more than once. Lightly sprinkle with nuts right after dipping. Makes 36 cookies. |
