Directions
Mix vegetable oil and butter in wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and green onions and sauté lightly until crisp tender.
Add the water chestnuts and sliced veggies cook until crisp tender (do not overcook). Add soy sauce, honey and oyster sauce. Mix well. Add kasha and mix lightly.
