This recipe was not tested in the Bob’s Red Mill Kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal and milk together. Allow to stand for 20 minutes. Beat the egg and oil into the cereal mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well mixed. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cups. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 8 muffins. |
