Banana Kamut Cereal Loaf

This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Fat, Organic, Soy Free.


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a loaf pan.

Step 2

Puree bananas, egg whites, stevia, and vanilla. Mix Kamut® Cereal into this pureed banana mixture; allow to stand for 20 minutes or until the crunch of the cereal is gone.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients, adding the baking powder and baking soda right before you are ready to put the batter into the oven. Stir until just mixed.

Step 4

Spoon quickly into greased loaf pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the center springs back to the touch.

Makes 12 slices.
