DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a loaf pan.Step 2Puree bananas, egg whites, stevia, and vanilla. Mix KamutŪ Cereal into this pureed banana mixture; allow to stand for 20 minutes or until the crunch of the cereal is gone.Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients, adding the baking powder and baking soda right before you are ready to put the batter into the oven. Stir until just mixed.Step 4Spoon quickly into greased loaf pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the center springs back to the touch.Makes 12 slices. |
