Multi-grain Buttermilk Pancakes

This recipe was not tested in the Bob's Red Mill kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others. Let us know what you think.


Combine the lemon juice, soy milk, oil and egg in a medium bowl.  Add the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.  Fry in a hot, lightly greased skillet.  Makes 6 pancakes.
