Gluten Free/Dairy Free Vegetable Pizza

This pizza won best pizza for the gluten free category in the first annual Top That! Pizza Cookoff at Sabin-Schellenberg Professional Technical Center.



  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Tb Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 cup Warm Water


  • 3 Bell Peppers (variety of Yellow, Red, Green)
  • 3 Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tb Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Baby Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Lisannatti Foods Cheddar Style Almond Cheese
  • 1 cup Lisannatti Foods Mozzarella Style Rice Cheese
  • 5 cups Lisannatti Foods Parmesan Style Cheese


Preheat oven to 425°F.  To make the dough, combine the ingredients and let rise according to directions.  Roll out with a rolling pin until thin and round.  Bake until crust forms and remove from oven.
To make the sauce, saute onion and garlic in olive oil
