Light Whole Wheat Flax Nut Bread

Directions

Makes a 2lb. loaf. Machine—made on dough cycle, put in regular pans, let rise until double and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.  Makes 1 - 2 lb loaf (16 slices).

This bread is wonderful, I omitted date sugar and used agave nectar instead of honey and it turned out great with a really nice texture. This loaf of bread was so tall I thought it was going to bust the lid off my bread machine!
