Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bread

This recipe won 1st prize at the 2008 Umatilla County Fair.

Directions

Pour water into bread pan. Add potato flakes, salt, sugar and oil. Add flours and sprinkle yeast on top of flour—DO NOT MIX—place in bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions. 

Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).
