Hearty Viennese Bread

This won 1st prize for the 2008 Douglas County Fair

Directions

Place first five ingredients in bread machine. Sprinkle across, not all in one spot. Make a “well” near the paddle for the warm water then add yeast in the water. Bake on white bread/light according to bread machine instructions.  Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).
