This recipe was not tested in the Bob's Red Mill kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others.


Whisk together the flour and Xanthan Gum to combine.  Add the egg and water and mix well.  Turn out the dough and knead until smooth.  Divide the dough in half, roll it out and cut as desired.  To dry the noodles, hand and let sit overnight.  Makes 4 servings.

I made this to use with my stand mixers pasta maker and it worked great! Super yummy pasta my husband said they tasted better then non GF noddles.
