Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Set aside an ungreased baking sheet.
In a large bowl, add hemp seeds, flours, baking powder, salt and spices. Add in oil and mix until combined. Stir in milk and mix until mixture forms a soft dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 10 minutes. Divide the dough in half. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out dough into a thin rectangle, approximately 1/16” thick. Cut into about 1 inch squares. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remainder of dough. Bake 20-25 minutes, until crisp and golden. Makes about 100 crackers. |
