Applesauce Buckwheat Pancakes

Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Sugar, Organic.

Directions

Step 1

Blend together the applesauce, oil, spices, sugar and egg. Slowly beat in the water to thoroughly combine. Add the buckwheat pancake mix and whisk until just combined.

Step 2

Cook each side on a lightly oiled griddle or pan until golden brown. Enjoy.

Makes 8 pancakes.
