Almond Oatmeal Cookies

This message was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. Gluten Free, Soy Free.


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat eggs into butter and sugar; add vanilla.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients into butter mixture.

Step 3

Using parchment paper, drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.

Makes 24 cookies.

I made these cookies today; I like them! The recipe is pretty straight ahead. I cut back on the butter a bit, and changed the sugar to organic blond coconut sugar, and they came out yummy.
