DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat eggs into butter and sugar; add vanilla.Step 2In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients into butter mixture.Step 3Using parchment paper, drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.Makes 24 cookies. |

I made these cookies today; I like them! The recipe is pretty straight ahead. I cut back on the butter a bit, and changed the sugar to organic blond coconut sugar, and they came out yummy.
