Cranberry Granola

  • 2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, sliced
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Rice Bran
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, rice bran, nuts, seeds and cranberries; set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat on LOW the honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon until combined and melted. Drizzle over the granola ingredients and stir evenly to coat.

Spread the mixture out in a thin layer on a parchment-lined 15 x 10-inch baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes in a preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Granola will become crunchier as it cools. Makes 4-1/2 cups.
