Oatmeal Banana Bread (Gluten Free)

This amazing quick bread comes from customer Jill Feingold from "Hey, That Tastes Good!"

  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1-1/4 cups Rice Flour Blend
  • 2 medium Bananas, mashed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease one loaf pan.

Cream butter, sugar, honey, egg and banana. Separately, combine dry ingredients. Mix into banana mixture until just combined. Bake for 45 minutes in greased loaf pan.
