Applesauce Sweet Bread

Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Vegan.

Directions

Step 1

Combine applesauce, milk, sugar and oil in a bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine the flours, starch and baking powder.

Step 3

Beat the dry ingredients into the wet. Spread into a greased 8-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf (10 slices).
