Ambrosia Salad

*Indulgent* Gluten Free.

  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 3 oz Orange Gelatin (dry)
  • 8 cans Pineapple (8oz can) crushed and drained
  • 7 oz Oranges (canned Mandarin Oranges drained)
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir. Add pinapple, oranges, coconut and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Add whipped topping. Chill.

Serves 10.
