Directions
Grease a 13" x 9" pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl stir together the granola and flour. In a saucepan combine honey, butter and brown sugar; bring to a boil; stir in vanilla extract. Pour honey mixture over granola/flour mixtur. Pour into prepared pan, spread mixture out and press firmly to outer edges of pan. Cool completely and cut into bars. For variety add Bob's Red Mill raisins, nuts, flaked coconut, dried fruit or chocolate chips. Yield: about 32 bars |
