EXCELLENT! The Teff grains make a slurry consistancy cereal sort of like cream of wheat or baby cereal.

The [1/2 cup-2 cups water ratio] made 3 servings. We added cinnamon, honey, Fiber One for crunchies, pecans and lots of blueberries. What a dream breakfast!

I like teff for breakfast mixed with oatmeal and/or quinoa and the usual nuts, fruit, berries. Teff takes a little longer so you have to start it first, then add oatmeal. Or use leftover teff in the morning this way.
