Wheat Free Boston Brown Bread

This is a wheat-free recipe but could still contain gluten.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat three small nonstick baking pans, each 5" x 2-1/2" with cooking spray.

Stir first 13 ingredients (brown rice flour through cloves) together in large bowl. Add raisins and mix well.

In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, molasses, vanilla and oil. Stir into bread mixture with spatula. Divide batter among prepared pans.

Bake 30 minutes. Remove bread from pans and cool on rack. Makes 3 small loaves (4 servings each).
