Recently started a vegetarian diet and found cranberry beans at the local Publix. I followed the recipe on the bag and now my wife and I have a new favorite soup. This is very hearty and satisfying. It is easy to make.

Been a vegetarian for many years, & this was my first experience w/ cranberry beans. This was easy to make & very good. Used a couple of hot lemon peppers from the garden instead of crushed red pepper & added some sun-dried tomatoes from this past summer too. Yummy recipe. Thanks!
