Homemade Wonderful Pizza Crust

Using our Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix makes this pizza crust easy to prepare.


In a large bowl, combine water and yeast from packet in the bread mix. Let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs and oil to mixture and blend briefly. Add in bread mix and mix about 1 minute. Split dough in half and place on 2 greased pizza pans. Using wet hands, spread out dough to cover the full pizza pan. Cover with favorite sauce and toppings.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

*Eggless option: Combine 2 Tb. Flaxseed Meal + 6 Tb. Water; let stand one minute. Add to recipe as you would the eggs.

followed the directions exactly. Need wet hands to spread the sticky dough on the pan. Dough smelled like beans but after it baked I couldnt taste the bean flour. Good flavor and texture. Browns more than wheat crust. My 5 year old could tell the difference and wouldnt eat it.

This was very good crust. My husband insisted I let is rise at least once so against my better judgement I did. When we "rolled" it onto the pan we didn't get it thin enough. Next time I won't let it rise but go directly to the oven. I bet this one bag will make 3 12" pizzas.

I made this with flax seed instead of eggs & it turned out wonderfully. It had a great taste & texture.

Love it! I make 4 smaller thun crust pizzas with it, just wrap the and refrigerate the 3 remaining dough balls
