Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix Instructions

Gluten Free.


Baking Instructions by hand:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Dissolve enclosed packet of yeast in 1 1/2 cups warm (110°F) water and let stand for 5 minutes to foam. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Put dry mix in large mixing bowl (preferably use a stand mixer). Add water, eggs, oil and yeast-water mixture. With mixer on low speed, blend all ingredients until smooth. Turn mixer to medium and beat 15 seconds or until mixture thickens slightly. Pour into generously greased 9 x 5-inch nonstick pan. Smooth top of dough with wet spatula. Cover pan with plastic wrap and put in warm place (75° to 80°F) to rise for about 40 to 45 minutes or until dough is level with top of pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until internal temperature of bread reaches 205°F, covering bread with foil after it starts to brown. Remove pan from oven and cool bread in pan for 5 mintues. Remove bread from pan and finish cooling on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.

Bread Machine Baking Instructions (1 1/2lb loaf):

Remove yeast packet from package. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Follow your specific machine instructions for adding yeast, the liquid and dry ingredients in the proper order. Be sure to whisk together the water, oil and eggs together before adding to bread machine. Set controls for setting recommended by manufacturer, or to white bread basic setting. Remove bread from bread machine and cool thoroughly om wire rack before slicing.

I did not like this bread. The raisins were great. (Large is size and sweet ). Besides the raisins I felt this bread was to heavy and dry. Did not have that good morning flavor that regular Cinnamon Raisin bread has.

I'm sorry your experience with our Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix was not what you were looking for. We have other gluten free cinnamon bread recipes that you may be interested in trying. Though these recipes do not call for raisins, you may simply add them as a mix in.

So do you use the entire pkg of the mix or do I measure it out to 4 cups? How do I get the right measurement?

Yes, to prepare our Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix, you will want to use the entire 22 oz package. We list the amount of cups to be used as we carry this product in large 25 lb bags.

I 've used the Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix before and loved it. I just opened my second package and there was no yeast packet inside. What can I do? UGH, so disappointed. already poured mix in bowl. (:(

I apologize for the missing yeast packet in your Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix. If you have active dry yeast on hand, you may use 2-1/4 tsp to prepare the mix. Please check your email as I have emailed you more regarding this issue.

I am a fan of Bob's GF line. This is the first time I bought the cinnamon raisin bread mix. The yeast didn't rise. I'm disappointed. I know I can run out and get more yeast, but I have two young children and now I have another errand.

The bread has good flavor, but is dry and dense. I bought 2 packages so the next one I will try add a bit more oil to see if it helps.

I was disappointed the first time I tried because the yeast pkg. didn't foam. I went back to the store because I was determined to try this mix and I'm so glad I did! I followed the directions on the bag and my bread came out moist and very Good!! Very tasty bread that's easy to make!!!
