Basic Cooking Instructions for Red Lentils

Directions

Pick over lentils to remove debris, rinse and drain. Cover 1 cup Red Lentils with 3 cups water or broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serves four.
