Directions
Stir oil and salt into 2 cups of Irish Soda Bread Mix. Rub in with hands until fine. Stir in water. Form into a ball. Roll out as thin as possible between waxed paper. Cut in desired shapes. Prick with a fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 375° oven until lightly browned ( about 5 minutes). Do not overbake. Cool on rack.
