Directions
Mix oil and water. Stir into 2 cups of Irish Soda Bread Mix. Gather into ball. Roll or press out on floured board to about 1 inch thick. Cut into biscuits. Place in ungreased pan. Bake in 450° oven for 8-10 minutes.
