DirectionsStep 1Bring broth and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in grits, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.Step 2Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an ovenproof baking dish; set aside. Combine grits with remaining ingredients and pour into prepared dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.Yield: 3-4 servings (approximately 3 cups) |
