Directions
Take butter out of the refrigerator and allow to soften. Preheat oven to 350°F. Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water.
In a bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugars. Beat in the egg, baking soda mixture, flour and vanilla. Stir in the granola, coconut, chocolate chips and raisins. Drop rounded teaspoons of the dough about 4-inch apart onto a greased cookie sheet. With a fork, flatten and spread each mound into a round (about 3" in diameter). Bake cookies for 7 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 30 cookies. |
