Great Guacamole

This recipe is from the Green Pea Flour label.

  • 1/3 cup Picante Sauce (Optional)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Medium Diced Tomato
  • 2 Large Mashed Avocados
  • 2 Tbsp Green Pea Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions

Combine 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp. Green Pea Flour in a small saucepan or microwaveable dish. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. reduce heat and cook 3 minutes. Allow to cool, then stir in 2 large avocados, mashed, 1 medium tomato, diced, 4 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. chili powder, 1/3 cup Picante Sauce (optional).

Makes 6 servings.
