Meat Substitution using TVP or TSP

TVP or TSP

Directions

To replace 1 lb of ground meat: use 1/3 lb of TVP or TSP and 2/3 lb of water.

To reconstitute TVP or TSP: place dry TVP or TSP in a bowl and pour boiling water or broth over. Stir and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
