Basic Cooking Instructions for Whole Grain Millet

Directions

Add 1 cup Hulled Millet to 2 cups boiling water or stock. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Cooked yield: 2 ½ cups.
