Blueberry Whole Wheat Muffins

This recipe uses our Buttermilk Biscuit Mix as a base for these delicious muffins.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix water, egg, oil and honey with Buttermilk Biscuit Mix. Add blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 12 muffins.
