Waffles - Gluten Free

Directions

Combine dry ingredients (flour through salt) in medium bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, vinegar, milk and vanilla extract. Whisk liquid mixture into flour mixture just until combined. Cook on preheated waffle iron spray with nonstick vegetable spray according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Makes 4 waffles.
