Homemade Wonderful GF Stuffing

A traditional recipe using the popular Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix.

  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Majoram
  • 1 tsp Sage, ground
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Margarine (Non-Hydrogenated)
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1-16 pkgs prepared GF Homemade Wonderful Bread

Directions

Make Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix according to directions. Let cool and cut into pieces and bake until dry.

Saute vegetables in margarine until onion is transparent.

In a large bowl, mix together bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix in vegetables and add in broth slowly to bread mixture, tossing to evenly and throughly moist the bread.

Place in a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until top is golden and crispy.

Makes 16 servings.
