Serve with honey (or brown sugar) and milk.

Single Serving Instructions:

Bring 1 cup water to a boil (with a pinch of salt, if desired). Add 1/3 cup cereal, reduce heat to low, cover and let cook to desired consistency, 7 - 10 minutes. Makes about 2/3 cup serving.

Microwave Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup cereal and 1 cup water (add a pinch of salt, if desired). Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes one serving (1/2 cup).

Thanks for adding this basic recipe on the site. I often toss the bag, store the goodies in a plastic wear, and thus have lost the instructions.

Very simple microwave instructions. Dont forget to let it stand 2-3 minutes. As a diabetic I use a sugarless packet for a little sweetner. I add raisons, peanuts and walnuts as a variety to get the breakfast balance of protein.

My favorite wholesome breakfast. Thanks for putting the basic recipe on the site! I prepare this with a little light cream, agave, some sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and a little cinnamon. Delicious!
