This crust turned out great. I didn't wait to full time for it to rise. I always just make it, separate dough into two balls and then let it sit for about 5 min. My husband has always not been a huge fan of homemade pizza, but he loves this one!! Must try it!

Tried a lot of pizza dough recipes and have been frustrated time and again, then I bought a bag of Bob's Red Mill unbleached white flour and on the side panel low and behold the best, easiest, tastiest one I've ever run across. Thanks Bob.
