Hazelnut Biscotti

This recipe can be found of our bags of Organic Unbleached White Flour.

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease one large baking sheet.

Step 2

Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Roll and shape each ball of dough into a 12-inch log, place 4-5-inches apart on baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm. When cool, cut logs diagonally into 1/2-inch slices. Place slices on baking sheet 1/2-inch apart and return to oven for 10-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 12 biscotti.
