Directions
Simmer soup mix and water for 30 minutes. Add cut-up carrots, celery and onion. Continue cooking for 30 minutes or until ingredients are soft. Cool soup enough to blend. Place soup in blender, and blend until smooth. Add 1 cup Milk (rice, soy, etc.) to blended soup.

There is nothing worse than planning an entree and finding out at serving time that it is not fit to eat. I got on the website to see suggestions to seasonings, etc. I might add but I had already tried some of the suggestions. The worst part is I have a whole bag of this stuff.
