Dough
Directions
Combine the starter ingredients in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Ferment the starter for 24 hours.
Mix the dough ingredients (white flour through honey) together and add starter. Add sunflower seeds. Let dough ferment for 2-3 hours. Form the dough into three loaves and coat the surface with sesame seeds. Place in greased bread loaf and cover lightly with a towel. Proof overnight. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Makes 3 loaves (13 slices each). |
