Rice Griddle Cakes

Serve with syrup for breakfast or spread with butter and serve with meat or fish!


Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Combine two mixtures- mix well. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a moderately hot, greased griddle. Turn with a spatula when the cakes are full of bubbles, and bake on the other side until lightly browned.

Makes 4 Servings.
