Hearty Vegetable Stew

  • 2 Tbsp Oregano, Mediterranean
  • 1 can Low Sodium Beef or Vegetable Broth (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cans Whole Peeled Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Organic Textured Soy Protein
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 bag Frozen Vegetables for stew (16 oz)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven or stock pot (3 quart size). Stir well and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, or until tsp chunks are tender.

Yield: 8 cups
