Warm cream to 90°F and add to the yeast mixture. Then add oil, slightly beaten egg and bread mix. Combine and then knead mixture for 8-10 minutes.

Place in a well-greased bowl and then turn over to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85°F) until dough doubles in size, approx. 1 hour.

I bought a bread machine to support my low carb diet.
This bread is excellent and keeps well in a plastic bag in the fridge for weeks. The flavor is different from ordinary wheat bread, and the texture is unusual, but I don't mind. I have not tried alternative recipes seen online.

Made this in my bread machine. I added 4 tsp of sugar to help the yeast rise (3 tsp would suffice). I saw that there is salt in the low carb mix so I didn't add any (wishing I did). It tastes good just a tad bit bland. But with butter/jelly etc its great! Even my 4 year old ate it!

Made this twice. Both times I didn't have whipping cream and used half&half the first time and the second time, evaporated milk. There is no taste to the bread so I think I need to stop substituting and use whipping cream.
